ABOUT YOU You are a natural team builder, who loves to share your yoga experience, unique personality, and skill set with a diverse crew of managers, teachers, and students
You truly love teaching yoga, and continually aim to enhance the experience for both guests and your fellow instructors

You use clear, consistent communication to establish common ground among an instructor team with varying perspectives and experience levels
You are a natural mentor who observes and listens well, and offers constructive advice and guidance for your fellow teachers when needed
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Represent the voice of Brightside's instructor team and set tone for new and current instructors
Recruit, onboard and train new instructors, including mentoring existing instructors
Audit classes to ensure all Brightside yoga standards and practices are being upheld
Teach a minimum of three infrared yoga classes per week
Execute to Brightside's yoga standards and practices
Be accessible to guests before and after class to build community and ensure guest satisfaction
Assist Host with administrative duties (e.g. checking guests in, cleaning classroom, etc.)
Attend workshops and quarterly meetings
Stay up-to date with current yoga and fitness trends
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Must have completed a 200-hour+ Yoga Alliance certified program & are registered with Yoga Alliance
Must be able to teach heated classes
3-5 years of yoga teaching preferred
Demonstrated ability to offer clear verbal instruction and effective postural demonstrations for diverse student body types, experience levels, and backgrounds
Previously led or assisted yoga teacher trainings
Previous movement-modality (e.g. Pilates, Dance, Group Fitness) experience is a plus
