Salary: $20-$30/ hour Depending on Experience

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Showroom Sales Associate/Design Consultant. As the face of RMI Surfaces, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their material selection process, providing expert advice, and ensuring an unparalleled showroom experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients to the showroom, establishing rapport and understanding their needs.
• Guide clients through our selection of materials, offering insights and recommendations tailored to their project requirements.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge, including material characteristics, durability, and maintenance.
• Assist clients in making informed decisions by presenting samples, discussing design options, and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Collaborate closely with clients, designers, and contractors to facilitate seamless project coordination.
• Maintain showroom appearance and organization, ensuring all samples are properly displayed and readily accessible.
• Available to work on Saturday.
• Work alone in the showroom during certain shifts.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or interior design preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping clients achieve their vision.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays and some alone shifts in the showroom.
