Job Title: Janitorial Bulding Maintenance

Pay: 18.00/HR

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Janitorial Building Maintenance, you will be responsible for all activities related to shop and or office
cleaning and maintenance, cleaning restrooms, and any required outside grounds keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that all of the daily, bi-weekly, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annual activities are completed as scheduled
Notify general facility maintenance issues (doors, bathrooms, etc.) to the Maintenance Supervisor as they arise
Assist with the movement of materials or equipment within or between facilities
Achieve quality and production goals
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimun 2 years of work experience
Ability to work with and without supervision
Personal effectiveness/credibility
Clear and consistent communication with team
Must be able to work overtime as necessary
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
High School Diploma or equivalent
