Long term contract consulting opportunity for an experienced Demand Manager (IT Services - Infrastructure Delivery).

Client requirements:

• Work authorization status: US Citizen or GC holder
• W2 hourly only (no C2C)
• Hybrid onsite 3 days/week

About the Role:

As a highly skilled Demand Manager on the IT Service Team, you will be responsible for managing demand intake, assessing new IT service requests and vulnerabilities, and supporting the execution of service demands within a specific business entity. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth service delivery, from request intake to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for demand intake, assessing and prioritizing new service requests and vulnerabilities.
• Gather and analyze information around IT service requests to support internal Service Owners.
• Oversee service execution, monitoring progress through implementation.
• Manage service requests related to bulk IT purchases (e.g., laptops, software licensing, IT services).
• Work within ServiceNow to track and manage incoming service requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT infrastructure and enterprise support.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Demand Management within IT services.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Demand Management and infrastructure delivery.
• Background in enterprise support and IT service execution.
• Proficiency in managing service requests through ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITIL certification or experience with ITIL frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and IT infrastructure services.
