Job Description

Role Title: IT Analyst, Security GRC

Duration: 6 to 9 month contract

Rate: $65k-$68k

Office Status: Hybrid (Allentown, PA or Houston, TX); 3 days in office, 2 days remote (for both offices)

Must-Have Technologies:

• 1-4 years of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) experience
• Certification in at least one of the following: ISC2 series, ISACA series, SANS series, CompTIA Series, or Security +
• IT security experience

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the implementation of various projects, including documentation development and review
• Perform system maintenance and respond to reported application issues
• Provide application administration and support lifecycle management
• Create and maintain accurate documentation including policies, standards, procedures, and templates
• Conduct application testing and recommend system upgrades and enhancements
• Develop training materials and provide training sessions
• Provide exceptional customer service and support on-call as needed
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for governance program development
• Participate in audits and serve as a representative on relevant projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of GRC experience
• Certification in ISC2 series, ISACA series, SANS series, CompTIA Series, or Security +
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage projects and deliver results within deadlines
• Ability to maintain strong stakeholder engagement and customer service
• Up to 20% domestic and international travel may be required
• Must be able to meet physical requirements and maintain punctual attendance per ADA, FMLA, and other relevant standards.
