Job Description

This is a newly created role that supports the Manager of ITS Strategy and Process in gathering and processing data that helps to build strategic planning, communications, technology planning, and operations within the Information Technology and Security Department in a way that delivers value to UNFCU. You will gain great insight and understanding on the processes and procedures for Information Technology and Security.

This position is expected to be hybrid.

NYC Salary Range - $83,000 - $84,500 annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location.

• Maintain Information Technology and Security department policies, processes and procedures.
• Maintain documentation relative to the business continuity process and disaster recovery plans. Ensure that the plan is current and properly maintained. Ensure that test results are maintained properly and appropriate revisions are executed.
• Gather and prepare monthly ITS metrics and Individual Status Report.
• Compile and analyze data to create spreadsheets, charts, reports and presentations.
• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly ITS balanced scorecard metrics.
• Assist with ITS onboarding process for both consultants and employees.
• Assist in maintaining ITS inventory.
• Perform other duties, including administrative activities and meeting/event planning, as required.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with 1-2 years of experience in technical, process and administration support in a corporate or office setting, preferably in the financial services industry or in an information technology environment
• Strong data analysis, reporting skills, technical and business writing skills
• High degree of proficiency using Microsoft Office suite, mainly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, etc.
• Working knowledge on relational databases and SQL skills, including basic queries, joins, inserts, updates, etc.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi task while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to be onsite 2-3x/week.

• Strong working knowledge of Information Technology and Security processes
