About the Role
As the Interpretation Services Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth for our interpretation services. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with new and existing clients, and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve or exceed revenue goals.
Identify and qualify new leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email outreach, networking events).
Develop strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their specific needs and challenges.
Craft compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the value proposition of our interpretation services.
Negotiate and close sales contracts.
Manage and develop a team of sales representatives (if applicable).
Track and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with a network of interpreters.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the language services industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the interpretation services industry and its applications across various sectors.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and develop trust.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Bilingualism (English and another language) is a strong asset.
