As an
International Tax Senior Manager - Income Tax you will demonstrate in practice considerable knowledge of tax laws and analyze related to earnings and profits, subpart F, GILTI, Pillar 2, Country by Country reporting, transfer pricing, foreign tax credit computations, and tax reporting for financial statements.

This position is salaried exempt status, which means you are not eligible for overtime pay.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's or higher level degree in Accounting, Tax, or related field required.
- 12 years of experience in industry OR 8 years of public accounting experience in Corporate Income Tax, with preferred experience in International Tax
- Experience in a supervisory role
- CPA required.
- Strong knowledge of Federal income tax laws and regulations (subchapter C and subchapter F) required.
- Able and willing to work on-site, in-person at the Valero San Antonio location, required.
Preferred Requirements: - Experience with local country income tax laws is preferred.
- Master's degree in taxation or accounting preferred.
- Experience with SAP preferred.
- Experience with OneSource tax compliance software preferred.
