A professional services firm in California is actively seeking a new Internal Tax Senior / Manager to join their growing team.


Responsibilities:
The Internal Tax Senior / Manager will be responsible for:

• Tax compliance preparation
• Tax compliance review
• Tax technical research
• Direct interaction with partners
• Supervision of Associate Accountants
• Management of numerous client accounts.
• Direct client contact.
• Review/Prep payroll and sales tax
• Preparation/Review of monthly/quarterly/annual closings; inclusive of adjusting entries, bank reconciliations, etc.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Technical Tax Accounting experience
• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Accounting
• U.S. GAAP/GAAS knowledge
• U.S. Tax expertise
• Exposure to individual, corporation, and partnership taxation.
• Strong technical skills.
