Location: Dal-Tile Dallas Corporate Office - In-Person Internship - May 19th - August 15th

Dal-Tile is currently seeking motivated and passionate individuals for our Summer Internship Program. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to innovative projects in the tile manufacturing industry. Responsibilities:

• Support Relocation Processes – Assist in coordinating end-to-end relocation activities, including pre-assignment planning, visa and immigration support, and onboarding in the host country.

• Compliance Management – Help ensure compliance with local tax laws, immigration regulations, and employment policies across multiple jurisdictions.

• Data Analysis & Reporting – Analyze global mobility data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.

• Policy & Process Improvement – Contribute to the review and enhancement of global mobility policies, procedures, and communication materials.

• Employee Support – Serve as a point of contact for relocating employees, addressing queries and providing guidance on relocation-related matters.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Currently a Junior or Senior in college
