Job Description
The HR Operations Assistant will manage and resolve complex employee inquiries, process HR transactions, and support compliance and onboarding activities. This role involves overseeing critical processes cush as maintaining data accuracy and privacy and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of HR systems experience, strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

The base salary range for this position is $50,000–$55,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
