Location: Walnut Creek, CA
Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 annually

Our proactive and reputable staffing agency is sourcing for a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join a growing organization in Sacramento, CA. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall goals.

  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Manage payroll processes and systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

  • Conduct performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and employee development plans.

  • Lead efforts in policy development, employee engagement, and organizational change initiatives.

  • Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations for improvement to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.

  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
