Alopex is seeking a dynamic healthcare recruiter who will help support a quickly growing team of clinicians and ancillary support staff. In this fully remote role, the Recruiter will report up through the human resources department to the Chief of Staff regularly sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding current staff for the company, (which is mostly clinical staff). The role involves managing a multitude of software platforms including an applicant tracking system with integrated background checker, a HR HRIS and payroll system, licensure verification systems, Microsoft Outlook and TEAMS, and company social media for recruitment and onboarding. This role is exciting as it will shape what the department looks like for the company and offers the opportunity to come into a newer department and analyze processes and streamline workflows for efficiency and better communication.
This position has two-fold responsibility- they will oversee and manage the entire full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offers and contracts. This role will then successfully onboard the employee or contractor their first week on the job to ensure they have the best experience as to the company culture in an organized and friendly manner. We are seeking a candidate with at least 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience, preferably recruiting nurses, pharmacists and/or medical assistants. They must be proven, dynamic, organized and have explicit attention to details. Although remote, the candidate must be fully dedicated to Alopex during business hours and be comfortable cross-collaborating with multiple teams in a remote setting. They should have a professional home office set up with reliable internet service. Compensation is annual salary plus the opportunity for recruiting bonuses.
