Enhance Cleaning VCT Tile

Enhance Strip and Wax Scope of Work

· Contractor will arrive 30 minutes prior to Enhance Strip.

· Contractor will take before and after photos of floor conditions and unopened chemicals.

· Store level will remove kickplates and product/merchandise from bottom shelving and steel perimeters prior to project, so the vendor has full access.

· Contractor or store level will lift or remove base decks and bottom shelving of the perimeter steel racking once product is removed.

· Once contractor has full access, a comprehensive cleaning under gondolas and perimeter steel shelving shall be performed.

· Contractor will use an aggressive pad to strip and ensure the removal of embedded dirt, debris, wax buildup, and discoloration.

· All corners and edges must be scraped of any built-up wax, dirt, or discoloration, and stripped and waxed to match the rest of the floor.

· Cleaning tools and materials may include but are not limited to, razor blades, floor scrapers, putty knives, and Doodlebug Brown Scrub and Strip Pad.

· Use a deck brush to scrub all non-slip tile in front of the fish tank area.

· Apply PetSmart-approved Stripper solution to the floor and scrub the floor using battery-powered low-speed automatic scrubber. Scrub the floor until all excess wax is removed.

· Rinse the floor thoroughly with PetSmart Approved neutral cleaner, allow the floor to completely dry, then pick up all excess moisture with a mop.

· Apply six (6) coats of Client-approved coating/wax for each SW, allowing for thorough drying between coats. The first four (4) coats shall be laid down on the first night, and the remaining two (2) coats shall be laid down the following night. If the Location does not have enough space in the back room for merchandise/product, the full six (6) coats will be applied to half of the Location on the first night and then to the other half of the Location on the second night. (customer will approve additional nights if needed due to the Enhance project).

· Contractor must take before and after pictures in the Mobile App of the wax containers showing that all required wax was applied.

· Contractor must take after pictures in the Mobile App of the stripper containers showing that all old wax was properly removed.

· Once the SW has completed, walk the floor with LOD.

· Contractor shall properly dispose of the excess chemicals in accordance with applicable law.

· Contractor will not dispose of any chemicals on Customer property.

· Lessen will place a follow-up call with the Store Leader within 48 hours of scheduled service to confirm a satisfactory Enhance S&W project

• Valid electrician's license issued by USA.
• Proven experience as a licensed electrician, preferably in a maintenance or facilities management role.
• Need you to have your own tools and transportation with a valid driver's license.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring methods.
