Reserve Infusibles, founded in 2018, is a small to medium craft manufacturer of gummy supplements with a core focus using clean, ethically sourced ingredients. We partner with companies across the United States & across the globe to provide sustainable, quality gummy supplements.

Description:

The Fulfillment Supervisor oversees precise packaging of gummies and ensures timely delivery of all orders. You will lead your team in packing, shipping, and tracking orders. Your department plays a critical role in Quality Control, ensuring we meet our standards and exceed client expectations. Participating in QC/QA helps preempt issues and enhances client relationships. Meeting deadlines is crucial; our clients rely on prompt service to support their businesses. Maintaining fulfillment goals fosters a successful partnership between our companies.

General Responsibilities:

1. Training new team members & leading team daily to ensure timely order fulfillment.
2. Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure successful order fulfillment
3. Manage quality control of final products.

Physical Requirements

1. Standing for up to 9 hours 
2. Lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds and heavier weights with proper equipment

Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm, average 40-45 hours per week
