What You'll Do:
Operate fryers safely and efficiently, ensuring consistent cooking temperatures and golden-fried perfection for all menu items.
Monitor food quality, ensuring proper doneness and adherence to company recipes.
Bread and prepare food items for frying according to established procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized fry station, following all food safety regulations.
Replenish cooking oil and perform routine fryer maintenance tasks.
Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the kitchen team.
