Your Responsibilities: We're looking for motivated, hands-on individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment. Book ocean freight shipments, collaborating with our teams abroad to secure the best carriers for our clients; Manage the pre- and post-shipping processes across all transport modes; Prepare and create shipping documents, including customs clearance orders; Communicate with clients, service providers, and AsstrA offices in both English and Russian: Complete all logistics and shipping paperwork to ensure smooth operations. What We Expect: Around 2 years of experience in ocean freight; Fluent in both Russian and English; A genuine interest in growing AsstrA's presence in the U.S. and globally; A hands-on mentality, willing to tackle new challenges head-on; A strong drive to contribute and develop yourself professionally; The ability to work within a team to resolve problems and take responsibility; Proactive work ethic and a desire to achieve results.
