If you are smart, resourceful, results-driven, strive for excellence, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this could be a great role for you.What You'll DoOwn integrated marketing strategy and partner closely with cross-functional teams on objectives and themesCreate integrated marketing programs and communications that speak directly to the interests, and address the needs of key target buyers and influencersCreate awareness, nurture, and educate key contacts within target accounts to drive more pipeline and accelerate sales opportunitiesDesign & execute 1:Few Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiativesTrack, analyze, and optimize programs and ABM initiativesIdentify and act on opportunities to improve programs and ABM effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processesWork cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Enablement, Strategy, Product Marketing, Creative Services/Digital, Customer Marketing, and Marketing Ops teams to ensure optimal orchestration and effectiveness of marketing programsBuild and maintain a complete and accurate account and contact databaseRequirements10+ years of enterprise software marketing experienceExceptional communication, writing, and organizational skillsWell organized with very high attention to detailExpert in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelSelf-directed and able to manage multiple projects under aggressive timelines and expectationsProficient in delivering content via social media tools, including LinkedIn and TwitterWorking knowledge of Salesforce, and marketing automation platform experience (Pardot)Growth minded and a team player with a positive attitudeNice to HaveExperience in administration, project coordination, and marketing operationsExperience in a high growth software or technology companyPerks & BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving programCompensationBase pay: $125,000 - $200,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
