Job Description

Our client, a private HNW Entrepreneur and Philanthropist, is looking for an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to join their team! In this role, you will play a pivotal role in providing seamless administrative and personal support to a high-level executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop key support skills, gain exposure in a dynamic industry, and build strong relationships with influential leaders.

This role is onsite daily in Washington, DC. Salary range is $135-$150k.

What you’ll do:

  1. General administrative support, including calendar, contact, and financial management
  2. Assist in special projects, travel planning, and personal support
  3. Support household operations, property oversight, budgets, and vendor management
  4. Manage and implement organizational systems both soft and hard files
  5. Compose and draft correspondence

What you’ll need:

  1. A bachelor’s degree is preferred
  2. 10+ years of administrative experience is preferred
  3. Significant proficiency with Apple products, Microsoft Suite, Adobe tools, iCal, and spreadsheets
  4. Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
