Job Title: Esthetician (Level 2)
Position Type: Commission /(Booth Rental) Job Description:
Sabour Beauty Salon & Wellness is seeking a talented and dedicated Level 1 Esthetician to join our dynamic team on a contracted basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare, have a deep understanding of various beauty treatments, and possess excellent customer service skills. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and upscale environment where client satisfaction is the top priority.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, masks, and facial massage.
• Administer advanced skincare treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and LED therapy.
• Provide body treatments, including body wraps, scrubs, and hair removal services (waxing, threading, and sugaring).
• Analyze clients' skin condition and provide personalized skincare advice and product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, adhering to all sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend salon products to enhance their at-home regimen.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and products.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
• Manage client appointments and maintain accurate records of treatments and products used.
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid Georgia State Esthetician license.
• Proven experience as an Esthetician or similar role in a beauty salon or spa.
• In-depth knowledge of skin care products, techniques, and equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in advanced skincare treatments (e.g., chemical peels, microdermabrasion).
• Experience with salon management software.
• Knowledge of the latest trends and innovations in the beauty industry.

Additional Requirements:

• The Esthetician is required to provide their own supplies and equipment.
• The Esthetician is expected to have an established clientele.
