Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated Estate Planning Attorney to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee execution of all estate planning documents.
• Handle a wide range of legal matters, with a particular focus on estate planning and probate.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of legal services.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the legal, regulatory, and business landscape to provide informed advice to clients.
• Participate in business development activities, including cultivating relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
• Represent the organization in legal proceedings, draft legal documents, and advise on legal rights and obligations.
• Ensure all legal activities comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior attorneys and staff, fostering an environment of learning and growth.

Qualifications:

• A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of Arizona and in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning and probate law.
• Experience with conservatorships and guardianships is strongly desired.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Proficient in legal research and writing.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism.
• Committed to upholding the ethical standards of the legal profession.
• Proficient in the use of legal software and technology.
