Endocrinologist Job Responsibilities:

• Function as an outpatient Endocrinologist managing a variety of endocrine conditions.
• Conduct initial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing monitoring of patients' medical conditions.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and other specialists to ensure high-quality, multidisciplinary care.
• Participate in clinical research projects and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with advancements in endocrinology to deliver evidence-based care.

Additional Requirements:

• Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution. Board certified or board eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
• Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced endocrinologists. Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient setting is a plus.
• Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Virginia.

Shifts: Monday – Friday, with a 1:9 on-call rotation.

This position offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities.
