****Responsibilities****
* Reads and follows work procedures and schematics or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed while maintaining accurate records of the work performed and other records as may be required by management.
* Performs manufacturing/assembly operations on multiple product lines and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.
* Maintains daily production output, offers suggestions to improve daily output.
* May participate in quality control inspections and comply with EHS regulations and policies.
**Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or local equivalent
* Thru hole and surface mount soldering experience
* Proficiency to understand and interpret intermediate written technical information
****Desired Skills****
* 2 years of manufacturing experience
* Proficient with computer programs like Microsoft Word, Excel
