What you'll do Docusign is seeking a Digital Experience Designer to lead New Revenue projects and experimentation across marketing and commerce platforms. In this role, you will blend our brand identity with quantitative and qualitative data and other insights to create and implement world-class experiences for visitors and customers. You'll work rapidly and iteratively to design features and flows, then test these concepts. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Program Management across departments, you'll deliver high-quality work that drives business results. You'll be directly involved in crafting enhanced customer experiences across all of Docusign's digital touchpoints. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Creative Director. Responsibilities Design seamless digital marketing and commerce experiences for Docusign visitors and customers Contribute to our design vision across worldwide Docusign digital properties Deliver wireframes, journey maps, visual designs, and prototypes Use quantitative and qualitative data, along with other insights, to drive innovation and quick iteration Partner closely with researchers and data scientists to help identify experiment opportunities Strong communication and collaboration skills to drive design in a cross-functional environment Contribute to the development and implementation of Docusign’s design system as it applies to all digital touchpoints Keep up-to-date with digital technology, proposing new technologies and sharing this knowledge with the rest of the team Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring Basic 5+ years of experience specializing in experience design for the web Experience with current web standards for desktop and mobile Preferred Strong UX, visual, and product design skills Demonstrate solid understanding of UX/UI and responsive design Functional knowledge of Sketch, Figma, and other design tools Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and bring out the best in the design team Cursory understanding and interest in design systems Can prototype animations, interactions, and hover states Experience working with CMS-driven websites Comfort collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, and determining tradeoff options Comfortable drafting some copy such as headlines Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: California: $122,300.00 - $190,650.00 base salary This role is also eligible for the following: Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance. Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
