Design Engineer wanted for growing company! Responsibilities: Review contract plans and specifications, preparing calculations and drawings for precast products. Collaborate with team members to support sales, production schedules, and product installation. Ensure quality control by adhering to industry standards and implementing process improvements. Support engineering projects to optimize manufacturing, shipping, and installation practices. Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Professional Engineer license or eligibility within three years. Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with 3D modeling software such as Revit or Inventor; ability to interpret construction plans. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
