About Colorado Energy & Carbon Management Commission (ECMC) To regulate the development and production of oil and gas, deep geothermal resources, the capture and sequestration of carbon, and the underground storage of natural gas in a manner that protects public health, safety, welfare, the environment and wildlife resources.
Description Of Job POSITION SUMMARY: This TEMPORARY position will be responsible for database and systems management, ensuring accurate and efficient data handling across various functions.
Primary Job Duties Monthly Vehicle Data Management:
- Collect, analyze, and report on monthly vehicle data.
Inventory Management - Oversee inventory data, ensuring all records are current and precise.
Safety Records Management - Maintain and update safety records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Database Custodian - Manage and maintain various spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
Necessary Skills Minimum Qualifications, Substitutions, Conditions of Employment & Appeal Rights - Computer literacy
- Experience using Google Suite, Zoom, MS Word, MS Xcel and Adobe Acrobat
- Event planning
- Analytical and critical thinking

Preferred Qualifications - Utilize time management skills to prioritize multiple requests and ongoing projects

- Ability to be resourceful and know whom to reach out to when help is needed
- Ability to address unexpected technological issues, (for instance, internet connectivity, video conferencing software not working correctly or equipment failure) with a positive outlook
- Can handle a certain amount of ambiguity when instructions will not always be clear; this position needs to be able to read between the lines and work to resolve the issue independently.
- Ensure accuracy of content requires getting input from multiple sources; this can be a challenge and several requests are sometimes needed
