The Data Entry Clerk at Webcraft Stylers is responsible for accurately entering and updating data into the company’s databases and systems. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage large volumes of information. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and able to work independently. 

• Enter and update data accurately in various company databases and systems.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents and identifying any discrepancies.
• Perform regular data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of information.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical records.
• Prepare reports and summaries based on data entered.
• Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested by management.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including filing, scanning, and document management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and resolve any data-related issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or office administration is a plus.
• Previous experience in a data entry role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with data entry software.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data with efficiency.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
