Description: As a Data Entry Clerk at TMZ Events, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and updating our databases with accuracy and efficiency. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that our records are up-to-date and reliable, supporting the smooth operation of our events and services. 

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update data into our databases and systems.
• Verify the accuracy of information by cross-referencing with source documents.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital records for easy retrieval.
• Perform regular data quality checks and correct discrepancies as needed.
• Generate reports and compile data as requested by management.
• Assist with other administrative tasks and support team members as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other data entry software.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
