We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of data into our systems. The Data Entry Clerk must be able to manage a high volume of information with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

• Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems as required.
• Data Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of information to ensure data integrity.
• File Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring all data is easily accessible and well-organized.
• Reporting: Generate reports from databases or spreadsheets as needed by the team or management.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Communication: Collaborate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with database management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
