We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. This role is crucial for ensuring that our database is up-to-date and error-free, supporting the overall operations of the company.

• Data Entry: Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, and other platforms as required.
• Data Verification: Review and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered. Correct any discrepancies found.
• Document Management: Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical.
• Reporting: Generate reports from the data as required, ensuring they are clear and accurate.
• Quality Control: Regularly audit data for errors and inconsistencies, and make corrections as necessary.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost care and confidentiality.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or data management are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
