Responsibilities

• Report to the Data Manager on a daily basis for roles and responsibilities related to data collection and data management.
• Assist with target updates on a daily basis.
• Assist with generation of quarterly check in and client review forms.
• Ensures accuracy within clients' learning tree on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Assist with monthly data audits.
• Assist with preparation and generation of semi-annual progress reports.
• Creates new clients' hierarchy program books.
• Collaborate with Data Team for ongoing data collection improvements.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience working with client data in a healthcare setting
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University
• Experience using Central Reach or a similar medical billing software

Our collaborative team of therapists provide occupational, ABA, developmental, physical, speech, and feeding therapy services in our clinic, and at our clients' homes and schools.
