Customer Service Analyst to join our team in Fairport, NY.
Your Role: As a Customer Service Analyst, you will be responsible for driving efficiencies in the order management process as well as compile monthly department metrics. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.
You will have the opportunity to: - Lead department projects and initiatives.
- Represent Customer Service in Cross Functional Projects.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert and Mentor to Customer Account Reps in reporting and data analysis.
- Identifying and Executing Supply Chain & Vendor Compliance Improvement Opportunities.
- Perform data compilation, preparation, cleansing, analysis, and manipulation to support Customer Service and Supply Chain initiatives.
- Execute Daily Department Reports.
- Drive Efficiencies in the Order Management Process.
- Compile Monthly Department Metrics.
- Support Customer Master Data Maintenance.

We need you to have: - Bachelor degree in Business or related field.
- 2+ years in Related Supply Chain Role.
- Must have advanced level of understanding of SAP system functionality.
- Strong Project Management Skills.
- Familiar with Logic based approach for process improvement and business warehouse tools.
- Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Icing on the cake: - Prior experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry.
