Job Description

Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $65k - $90k / year. Wage determinations will be based on related experience. Develops, implements, and monitors the effectiveness of marketing plans, budgets and strategies:Works collaboratively with the corporate sales and marketing teams and external development partners to create site marketing plansPlans and manages marketing initiatives within budget guidelinesEvaluates effectiveness of all marketing activities and adjusts in response to changes in the business and/or market trendsTrack expenses and monitor budgetsPrepares reports for corporate team members or ownership/developer groups on a regular basisSupports execution and management of marketing plans:Provide tools, direction and guidance for developing and initiating effective marketing plansWorks closely with digital marketing to manage advertising, websites, emails, landing pages, etc.Works closely with creative to manage development of collateral and communicationsAdjusts goals as needed based on changes in the business and market trendsMakes recommendations and supports event planning for assigned sites and programsIdentifies high impact events for target audiencesProvide and support event checklist detailsRecommend/secure speakers and entertainers as-neededSecure venues for off-site events as-neededCoordinates or advises re: catering options for eventsWorks collaboratively with site staff on all aspects of planningPromotes and maintains community brands:With the creative team, manages the development of high quality collateral materialsWith the creative team, manages the development of outbound marketing tactics such as post cards, ads, flyers, emails, tradeshow materialsUtilizes social media marketing strategies effectivelyFacilitates direct mail initiativesWith digital and creative team, manages the development of inbound marketing tactics, such as digital advertising, websites, landing pages, and blog posts.Strategizes and manages the brand messageUpdate site marketing materialsEnsures community marketing strategies align with Ebenezer's overall business strategyKeeps abreast of market trends:Identifies and draws data from CRMIdentifies and draws data from HubSpot Marketing HubAnalyze data to measure return on investment for marketing planning (i.e. referral source reports)Collaborates with Ebenezer Marketing and Communications Manager and/or media relations partners to attain media coverage for sites.Other duties as requested. Required: Bachelor's Degree in one of the following: Marketing/Communications, related field Current Driver's License (in good standing) Three to Five Years of related experience. (Senior Housing experience preferred.) Preferred: Experience in presentations using PowerPointGraphics or Layout programs including Adobe Creative Cloud Ebenezer
