Job Description

Contract Brand Designer - September 2024 to January 2025

Part time, 20 hours/week

What You'll Do:

• Lead creative development and execution of our print and digital placements.
• Work directly with a copywriting partner and producer alongside Redfin's internal design and marketing teams.
• Model excellence in your design craft.
• Know best practices for marketing channels, are able to present ideas with confidence, all while being able to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 4-6+ years of relevant professional experience at an agency or in-house creative team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Knowledge of creative and design principles related to advertising and marketing channels
• Effectively develop cross functional relationships while balancing the needs of stakeholders
• Ability to present creative concepts effectively to senior executives
• Ability to take ownership and responsibility on projects from creative development through to execution
• Willingness and ability to be reactive, flexible, and resourceful under tight deadlines
• Experience using Asana for project management
• A portfolio demonstrating creative executions scaling across multiple marketing/brand/advertising channels
• Experience working with a copywriting partner required
• Experience with campaign creative required
• Experience with direct mail is nice to have
