• Shifts: Monday-Friday

Job Description:

Top 3 Required Skills

1. Ability to manage exchange of documents through review and submission processes. Collection, consolidation, and tracking of SME comments during document reviews.
2. Ability to manage RFI/Technical query process for project package
3. Ability to lead technical meetings and collect meeting minutes while tracking action items

What soft skill requirements do you have (team fit and personality requirements)?

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Organizational skills; ability to track information exchanges and action items
• Comfortable facilitating technical conversations

Nice to Have Skills:

• High Level Project Overview:
• These positions will support an individual package (i.e. wind turbines, foundations, offshore substations, or transportation and installation) for the CVOW project for Client. They will work with the project manager, owner’s engineer and package supplier to manage RFIs and document reviews.

Preferred Years of Experience:

• 2+ years of recent and directly related experience

Education:

• Engineering degree (marine engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering preferred but not required)

Are there any specific companies/industries you’d like to see in the candidate’s experience?

• Large construction project experience is preferred but not required.
