**CONCIERGE - CARTIER, COSTA MESA**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Greeting and attending to clients:**
* Provide a consistently excellent client experience with the highest degree of courtesy
* Greet, assess needs and direct clients to appropriate department or representative
* Assist clients with belongings and packages.
* Assist VIP with arranging car services as needed
**Provide a memorable client experience**
* Provide recommendations and personal services of the highest level that may include directions, restaurant reservations, entertainment requests, floral orders, etc. and make maps, literature, and other materials available.
* Assure prompt and positive action on client complaints, questions, concerns and suggestions as needed
* Maintain consistent presence at work station, reply and re-direct phone calls as needed
* Book client appointments and VIP salons as needed
* Thank clients as they leave
**Knowledge and compliance**
* Develop basic brand knowledge to convey Cartier heritage and values
* Understand and comply with Cartier security and operational procedures (i.e. product handling, inventory control, etc.)
* Maintain knowledge of local current attractions or events as well as a good geographic knowledge of the surrounding area
**Operational support**
* Daily set up and break down of boutique for opening/closing as needed
* Assist with Boutique projects as needed (inventory, organization, restocking of supplies, etc...)
* Maintain a work environment of cleanliness and organization
**Brand Ambassador**
* Uphold Cartier image by maintaining professional demeanor at all times and be an Ambassador for the Brand on Fifth Avenue.
**JOB PROFILE**
**Education:**
* A degree of higher education or vocational training specializing in the hospitality industry is desired.
* Additional language skills (Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian) are a plus
**Required experience:**
* 2 to 5 years prior hospitality experience
**Technical skills / abilities:**
* Ability to maintain client confidentiality and use the utmost discretion
* Detail-oriented
* Ability to maintain thorough follow-through.
* Availability to work weekends.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment
* Intermediate to Advanced computer Skills (tablets, PC)
* Must be able to stand on feet all day
**Personal skills:**
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required
* Ability to project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanour
* Strong understanding of customer service needs and client priorities
* Ability to work under pressure with the highest level of responsiveness
