We’re seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Community Relations Manager ready to launch a career in community outreach, public relations, and brand visibility. As a Community Relations Manager, you will support and lead local engagement efforts, foster strong community partnerships, and promote our brand mission through impactful outreach programs. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing community outreach programs aligned with company goals
  • Build and nurture relationships with local nonprofits, organizations, community leaders, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate local events, sponsorships, and initiatives to increase engagement and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and sales teams to ensure outreach efforts support business objectives
  • Track and analyze program success through feedback, metrics, and insights to optimize future initiatives
  • Manage communication channels including social media, email newsletters, and community announcements
  • Represent the company at community events and meetings as a positive brand ambassador
  • Prepare reports and presentations on community engagement outcomes and opportunities

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Previous experience in community relations, event coordination, or outreach is a plus but not required
