Are you passionate about cloud technology and database management? Join our dynamic team as a Cloud Database Administrator (DBA) and play a key role in managing and optimizing PostgreSQL and Oracle databases on cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.

What You'll Do:

Database Management: Oversee PostgreSQL and Oracle databases on cloud platforms, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Design & Implementation: Develop and implement database solutions for new applications and enhancements.
Administration: Handle installation, configuration, monitoring, tuning, and backup/recovery tasks for databases.
Optimization: Collaborate with development teams to enhance database queries and schema design for better efficiency.
Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain robust database security policies and procedures to protect data.
Scalability: Conduct capacity planning and scalability assessments to ensure databases can handle future growth.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve database-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Stay Current: Keep up with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure our cloud databases remain cutting-edge.
What We're Looking For:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years managing PostgreSQL and Oracle databases, with hands-on experience on AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
Skills: Strong understanding of database architecture, performance tuning, and scalability.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Database - Specialty or Oracle Database Administration are a plus.
Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex database issues and implement effective solutions.
