Dogwood Autism Services is BCBA-founded specializing in early intensive behavior intervention using applied behavior analysis (ABA) for children ages 1 to 5 years old. Our team has designed a comprehensive early intervention program that focuses on building communication, social, and adaptive skills in the natural environment (home, clinic, and community). *Job Responsibilities:*
_Clinical Oversight_
● Maintain a small client caseload (typically 3 clients or fewer, depending on size of clinic/team, BCBA caseload capacity, etc.), providing exemplary case management as evidenced by clinical and operational checklist scores and client outcomes.
● Monitor direct therapy team member performance by 1) accurately and objectively assessing their clinical and operational skills through completion of various checklists and 2) providing ongoing feedback, development opportunities, and remedial training as required.
● Collaborate with and provide consultative support for the clinic’s BCBA team, following best practices in early intervention, Dogwood standard operating procedures, and medical necessity guidelines.
● Lead monthly All Clinic Meetings and weekly BCBA group supervision meetings; participate in weekly RD/CD 1:1 and monthly CD group meetings for ongoing development.
● Serve as liaison for team members, caregivers, Support Team, Regional Director, and Leadership team members.
● Maintain high levels of staff morale and client satisfaction.
● Represent Dogwood Autism Services to clients and colleagues in a professional and ethical manner.
● Maintain active certification (BCBA) and follow all BACB guidelines for responsible conduct while staying up-to-date on current BACB supervision guidelines.
_Process Implementation_
● Create ongoing client schedules for all clients using CentralReach.
● Ensure team members and clients adhere to policies.
● Assist the Client Care Team with client intakes.
● Interview, hire, and onboard direct therapy team members.
● Serve as the BACB RBT Requirements Coordinator to monitor the monthly collection of supervision hours for all RBTs.
● Remain up-to-date on all Dogwood standard operating procedures to support all clinic team members.
● Manage supply ordering process for operational and clinical needs.
● Support daily scheduling for clients using CentralReach as a backup for the centralized scheduler.

*Job Qualifications:*
_Education and Training_
● Master’s degree in ABA or other BACB-approved program sequence
● Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
_Related Experience_
● Multiple years experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
● Two or more years experience conducting relevant case supervisor tasks, including: assessment of skills (using 2+ standard assessments), development and implementation of FBAs and BIPs, program development, data analysis, supervision of direct therapy team members, collaboration with caregivers and other professionals, etc.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
