We are looking for a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer  to join our talented team.

Here's a little glimpse of what you'll do:

As the CMO, you will be responsible for driving our market strategy, overseeing marketing initiatives that align with our business goals. You'll be working closely with key stakeholders across various departments, especially sales and product development, to ensure a unified approach. You will also:

• Lead and refine the market strategy to drive business growth.
• Play a crucial role in refining and enhancing marketing excellence.
• Plan and execute our strategic product marketing to achieve both short- and long-term business goals.
• Lead the marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns that generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive sales growth.
• Stay on top of market positioning and continuously analyze the competitive landscape to keep us ahead.

Besides your own team, you will be supported by 70+ Tosiboxians across the globe. You will be part of our global Leadership Team, and report to the group CEO Sakari Suhonen.

What makes you a great fit:

We’re looking for someone with a strong marketing background and leadership experience, ready to make a significant impact in a growing tech environment. 

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (VP, Director of Marketing, or CMO).
• Experience in tech companies, especially SaaS and/or cybersecurity is a bonus.
• Proven ability to scale marketing efforts and achieve measurable results.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to inspire the team and engage with stakeholders.
• Adaptability and resilience, especially in a growing tech environment where priorities can shift quickly.
• Creative vision paired with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Located in Dallas, TX (or alternatively in Austin).
• Native level English skills (written and verbal)
