Job Description
Five Points Bakery is hiring an experienced baker to support our growing bakery.. You will be responsible for baking bread and pastries as well as doing prep and keeping your station and equipment clean. This is a skilled trade that is instrumental in providing the base for every magical experience here.
We’re looking for a strong, independent, and positive individual. Our lead baker works on their own overnight and will need to be driven and able to problem solve on their own.
Responsibilities
Bake multiple small batches of a variety of primarily whole wheat bread five days a week
Mix, shape and bake our sourdough croissants, and sourdough levain
Prepare a variety of pastries according to recipe
Create and adapt your own bake lists to the needs of the bakery.
You will be working overnight for approximately 6.5 hours a day between the hours of 11pm and 9am
Comply with strict company standards on quality and safety.
Keeping all tools and equipment clean.
