Your job at Heartlinks ABA as a Board Certified Behavior AnaylstBCBA:
* Provide behavioral analysis services for students with autism and related disorders. Students receive direct therapy. The BCBA will be supervised by the Executive Director & Clinical Director.
* **Duties for our Board Certified Behavior AnalystBCBAs include:**
* Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
* Creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans
* Providing staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
* Applicants well-suited to this position will be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.
**Qualifications:**
* Masters degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
* Current BCBA, Board Certified Behavior Anaylst certification required.
* Access to reliable transportation.
* Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
* Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.
