Job Description: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental delays.
* Implement evidence-based ABA interventions and monitor progress through data collection and analysis.
* Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff in the implementation of treatment plans.
* Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective implementation of interventions.
* Provide ongoing support and education to families to help them understand and apply ABA principles.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and progress made.
Qualifications:
* Master's Degree in a human service field.
* Current BCBA certification .
* One year of experience supporting children with delays or disabilities.
* A minimum of one year of experience in the field of ABA working with children with autism as a BCBA is preferred.
* Valid Illinois driver's license with a safe driving record.
* Current proof of automobile insurance .
