Our client, a leading provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA) services, is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Lancaster. As a BCBA , you will have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments: Perform assessments to identify individuals' strengths, needs, and behavioral challenges.
* Develop and implement treatment plans: Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA.
* Provide direct ABA services: Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy, utilizing behavior analytic techniques to promote behavior change and skill development.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team: Work closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the individual's care.
Qualifications:
* Board Certification: Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing, holding a valid certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
* ABA experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities in an ABA setting.
* Assessment and intervention skills: Proficient in conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA.
* Collaboration and communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team.
