** Beer Capitol- Sales & Marketing Support Specialist**

Beer Capitol Distributing, LLC is currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Support Specialist who will be based out of our location in Sussex, WI. This position is responsible for providing company data analysis using route accounting software, as well as updating internal and external databases with company information.
**Hours:** Mon Fri, Full time position
**Responsibilities:**
* Work with Sales Program Coordinator to organize and recap monthly sales incentives and related programs
* Input and track supplier market work-with objectives
* Order and invoice product requests
* Conduct supplier bill backs for programming
* Assist with managing internal/external website information and data input
* Schedule and recap company surveys
* Work with Marketing & Community Affairs Director on social media strategy and execution
* Assist with company newsletter articles and updates
* Support President/VP Sales in a broad variety of administrative tasks
* Assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
* Other duties as assigned
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
Education and Experience
* High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required; Associates or Bachelors degree in related field preferred
* Customer service experience required
* Beverage industry experience preferred
* Social media and website management preferred
Skills and Abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting software
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including accuracy
* Attention to detail and well organized
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently, and as part of a team
* Effective time management
Physical Requirements
* Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. on an occasional basis
* Ability to use arms, hands, reach and grasp
