Key Responsibilities: · Provide legal counsel and representation in international law matters. · Legal consultation and customer support related to immigration law. · Draft, review, and manage legal documents and contracts. · Advise and assist clients in developing legal strategies. · Conduct U.S. legal services market research. · Establish and manage U.S. corporations. · Contribute to global business growth strategies (M&A, Partnerships). Note: Applicant must be willing and able to work in Seoul, South Korea, New York State, and Washington D.C. Qualifications: · Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent. · Licensure in New York or Washington, D.C. · Open to both experienced and entry-level attorneys. · Ability to work effectively in a global environment. Preferred Qualifications: · Proven ability to support law firm growth and innovation in the U.S. market. · Experience in immigration litigation. · Experience managing cross-border projects. · Proficiency in Korean is preferred, but not required.
