Assistant Carpentry Project Manager - Construction GC - Base Salary to 100k/year - Goldens Bridge, NY

• The Assistant Carpentry Project Manager will be an integral part of the team in Goldens Bridge, NY. This position can grow into a role running the carpentry division.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation of the project in Collaboration with Management.
• Prepare a project plan for approval by management.
• Prepare and update project schedules with input from project staff and, if required, assistance from the Scheduling Department
• Negotiate change orders with client, architects, and engineers.
• Assistance and preparation of all subcontracts, purchase orders, requisitions, proposals, etc.

Qualifications:

• Experience working as a project manager on commercial projects preferred.
• Substantial trade experience.
• Experienced with commercial construction projects ranging from healthcare, education, and science and technology, and multi family.
• Experience with construction software i.e. On-Screen Takeoff, Timberline, Microsoft Office, CAD, Bluebeam, Navisworks, Project Sight, etc.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 70k - 100k/year range
