The Team: The American Girl Retail team provides memorable experiences through experiential retail stores, offering services like Girl and Doll Salons, Full-Service Restaurants, Personal Shopping, Ear Piercing, and Parties. This role is dynamic and fast-paced, impacting both team and customer experiences.

The Opportunity: Located at the AG Retail Flagship Chicago, reporting to the Retail Asset Protection Manager, this role ensures a safe environment for customers and staff and safeguards company assets. The candidate must multitask, communicate effectively, and demonstrate compassion and professionalism.

What Your Impact Will Be:

• Maintain safety for customers and staff by monitoring concerns and managing customer flow.
• Provide excellent customer service, handle escalations professionally.
• Prevent asset loss through surveillance, package checks, and legal knowledge.
• Serve as a safety role model for staff.

What We're Looking For:

• Availability for evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• 1-2 years of experience in loss prevention, law enforcement, security, or related fields (preferred).
• State-specific license, if required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).
• Experience working with diverse populations, including children (preferred).

Hourly: $18 - $21.15, based on location, skills, and experience.
