Assistant Property Manager – Conshohocken, PA

Major Property Management company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for their property located in Conshohocken, PA. The APM will Coordinate and maintain processes to maintain compliance with all HUD and LIHTC regulations for the property. Performs a variety of duties such as all certifications, EIV reports and discrepancies, tenant applicant screening, preparing reports, maintaining waiting list(s) and documentation to resident and applicant files. Other duties include but are not limited to monthly billing statement , data entry, processing accounts receivable, bank deposits, handling information requests, preparing correspondence, etc.,

This postion is fully in-office Monday- Friday. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Processes applications and completes required forms. Reviews applications, determines eligibility and maintains waiting list in accordance with any HUD regulations and organizational policies.
  • Conducts HUD and LIHTC annual recertifications, interim recertifications, etc.
  • Runs and reviews all EIV reports a per HUD EIV rules and regulations.
  • Collects and deposits rent and other revenue from the property.
  • Interprets and applies HUD and LIHTC regulations and maintains records as per HUD and LIHTC regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Occupancy Specialist - COS preferred
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing, LIHTC and HUD rules and regulations governing subsidized housing programs
  • Good oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively interact with others

Education:

  • High school or equivalent 

Experience:

  • HUD Housing
  • Low Income Housing experence
