In the role of Appointment Setter , your main objective will be to convert warm leads into confirmed appointments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily Tasks : Contacting up to 50 leads each day via calls and texts, maintaining more than 30 conversations daily, and adhering strictly to the provided script.
• Experience : At least 2 years of recent phone-based experience, such as in customer service, phone surveys, or appointment setting (sales experience is not required).
• Call Management : Ability to handle 30+ calls daily and log 5+ hours of phone activity each day.
• Performance Metrics : Proven success in meeting or exceeding performance metrics and KPIs.
• CRM Skills : Experience with CRM systems for accurate data entry and management.
• Communication : A confident, extroverted personality with excellent phone communication skills.
